SadieN Posted June 16, 2012 #3 Share Posted June 16, 2012 Your hubby can make his own lemoncello too. Many recipes on the web. Vodka, lemons, sugar and water. We store ours in the freezer. We make all sorts of things- lemoncello, kahlua, grenadine, rummy gummys...... ETA--Just noticed you're from the 'other' Ontario. Probably expensive to get the lemons. We use what is in our backyard. GoNCruisnFamily Posted June 16, 2012 #4 Share Posted June 16, 2012 I LOVE the Lemoncello on Princess! And I have a great collection of glasses now at home that came with my Lemoncello.
Zoey Posted June 16, 2012 #5 Share Posted June 16, 2012 Be careful with the Limoncello........LOL.....This past Thanksgiving I hosted some family members and had a few glasses of white wine during cooking and the meal. Well, I really didn't eat much because I was so busy and after dinner I broke out a large bottle of Limoncello from the freezer that I brought from Sorrento, Italy a couple of years ago......and that's pretty much the last really clear thing of the evening. Needless to say, I was quite embarrased the next day.
