Savoy vs Duque, Buenos Aires

Trying to decide between the Savoy and Duque in BA. I think from the maps Savoy is downtown and Duque is in Palermo. Any experience with these hotels regarding the hotel and location would be appreciated. The Savoy is currently offering a very good rate!
