How often do they rotate menus?

We're not cruising until December, but I'm doing Weight Watchers and have been looking at the menus trying to decide, in advance, what I'm going to have so I can figure out the points values of those meals. So I'm wondering if there is a chance they'd be changing the menu before December. Do they do that on a regular basis, or just once in a while. I'd really like to be able to figure out all the points in advance so I can stick to it while cruising as best I can. I know last cruise I gained about 4 or more pounds and I don't want to do that again. Anyone?

Carnival seems to be making subtle changes more frequently these days, and never makes drastic changes.

 

Broiled salmon or grilled chicken is available everyday.

 

Sometimes there is a fish substitution.

Several things on the posted menus did not show up on the days scheduled, at least on the west coast. You can count on lobster/shrimp the first elegant night.

It seem that they don't change them often enough. Thought after reading the above answers I guess I just don't notice or I order the same dishes over and over :p .

Not often enough for me. But they are a large company and sail alot of ships.
