As of June 2 I was told that it only works on the Epic at present.

We just came back from the Epic and we used the iConcierge and loved it. It was easy to use and we could make phone calls to each other while on the boat using iConcierge and it didn't cost anything. Just make sure you are making calls using iConcierge and not you regular phone service. You have to use NCL specifically assigned phone numbers to be free and it only works while on the boat. We were also able to keep track of our spending. Purchases would appear before the server could deliver our drink! The updates were that quick.
