FF-EMT Diver Posted June 28, 2012 #1 Share Posted June 28, 2012 Hello guy's we're going on a on CCL Liberty Dec 15th and will be going to Coz, Roatan, Grand Cayman, and Belize. We know we are diving Coz again, we have been to GC and didn't dive we will this time (want to do the Kittiwake) Now my sister and niece are going and I want to spend some time with them as well in all this so I was thinking of not diving Roatan and Belize, is that a poor decision and should I rethink this all together and dive someplace different? Please offer some suggestions and advice and help me decide! Thanks!
Capt_BJ Posted June 28, 2012 #2 Share Posted June 28, 2012 Options - might they like to snorkel? Switch to a shore dive in Cayman and everyone head to Sunset House, you can dive & they can snorkel and/or hang out at My Bar - a great place for lunch and libations after your dive (and I doubt you'll see another person off the ship - crew maybe) Everyone snorkel in Belize . . . there are excusions where you snorkel then go to an island beach . . . the tender ride in Belize is always a turnoff for me. May as well just tender out to an island snorkel or dive.
FF-EMT Diver Posted June 29, 2012 Author #3 Share Posted June 29, 2012 Thanks for tips, Niece is only 3 so snorkeling is out for them, we're really not beach people (might be crazy going to the Caribbean aye) But thanks for the ideas.
