Rome Embarkation and Shore tours

I noticed that the Nautica's shore tours for Rome begin at the ship. How does this affect someone flying into Rome to embark? Is there anything available from the airport to the ship other than the transfer?

You are flying into Rome and the ship is in Civitavecchia isn't it? If you are taking their ( Oceania)transfer to the ship probably would go to the ship since the "city" is another direction if that is what you mean?

Or are you looking for a tour from the airport before getting on the ship?

If that is the case maybe you want to hire your own driver.
