Check Martinique (dot) org.

 

They also have a tourist office in the US that you can call and speak to someone for help.

 

If you can read French (I can't), you can check out the ferry schedule. Ferries are called Vedettes. Try a search for "Vedettes in Martinique".

 

You can also contact one of the Ferry Companies. I've never done this, but I've taken the ferry with them before-

Our ship will be calling on Martinique in April. It will be our 4th time stopping there.
