The entire dinner was delicious but I recall that four kinds of sea salt were provided. One was a smoked sea salt from Oregon - yum. Does anyone know where to purchase this? It had a rich dark tannish brown color. I would email Oceania but I am afraid it would go down the black hole of email communications. On another note - I also noticed (this is my 5th Oceania cruise) that when you ask for a dessert recipe they no longer give them out. I always received requested recipes the next day on my cabin door when on the "R" ships. I asked for the Banana Flan recipe from the MDR on this cruise and was told by the maitre d' that the chef will not provide them. This is why I miss the R ships. Thanks.
