Which nights are formal nights on a 7 day cruise?

I'm booked on the Reflection in December. I'd like to schedule specialty dining on the Formal nights. Which nights would be formal nights on a 7 day cruise? Are they standard or variable?

It will almost certainly be day 2 and day 6, two sea days (and not the last night).

Maybe someone else has more current info, but they appear to schedule using the following parameters: I've never had formal night on the last night; sea days are usually picked for formal night, and if there is only one sea day (other than the final night), they will often choose a day that has earlier disembarkation from an island.

 

Maybe someone else will have specifics about your itinerary from previous cruise.
