rum shopping in Montego Bay

Does anyone know if there is a grocery store within walking distance of the Dock? We'll be on the Valor Sept. 23rd and wanted to get some Jamaican Rum, but we heard that its alot less $ than purchasing it at one of the stores right off the Ships' Dock. We bought 4 bottles of really yummy Rum at Ocho Rios on our last cruise on the Destiny; it was very convenient as they box it up for you and deliver right to the ship; and then the ship brings it to the cabin the night before debarkation. But a fellow passenger informed us that we could have saved alot if we bought it at a grocery store. Any help would be appreciated! :)
