Does the Persian Garden in the spa come with the Royal suite?

Not on Millenium this past March. I bought a pass for 1 day and was under-whelmed.

No, that is a perk for Aqua Class staterooms. Others may purchase either a day pass or a cruise long pass if they wish to use this amenity. If you book a spa treatment, you might be able to negotiate for a pass before or after your treatment. Also, if you are Elite in Captain's Club you will receive a coupon for a free pass during a time that the ship is in port.

From experience in staying in RS several times...Persian entry is not standard as Gonzo specified, BUT it is sometimes granted, it just depends...

I'll be on Constellation next month in Baltic in same cabin class, so we will see if entry is given. I'll post if it is and I remember to.;)

We were in a Royal Suite on the Solstice in February and purchased what is called a 6 pack - 6 massages the first day on the ship - and neither the spa package or the RS got us access.... :(
