Players Club

I have been on three Carnival Cruises and gambled on each. I only play blackjack but have always earned the drinks on us card. However, outside of the drinks and sometimes chocolate dipped strawberries and wine at dinner I have never seen much in the way of comps from the players club....until yesterday. I received a letter in the mail offering me $100 in players ash and 25% off my next cruise. Logged in to the Carnival website with my past guest number and us enough, the discounted rate is showing up as an option. Not a huge comp and certainly nothing like what I can get in Vegas but at least its something. Anyone else gotten anything similar recently?

There was a casino rate that expired June 19 that my DH got in on~ have you called the players club and asked if there were any packages that you were eligible for? Here's the number~1-866-299-5859.

I agree with their comps being nothing compared to what we get in Vegas~! We might look into NCL next time since we are Total Rewards players~ DH is Diamond so we'd get at least 20% off a cruise thru them~!

Yep, I booked at a casino rate with $100 in casino cash for my upcoming September cruise...it was a great surprise and I booked when I had no intention of cruising then.

Thumbs up Carnival!

Is that the best way to get in?

I ask because my DMIL and DBIL both qualified for drinks on us on last 2 cruises, slots only. Maybe not big spenders compared to some, but they are both interested in how the programs work for Players Club.

It can't hurt to call. However, I play minimum $25 per hand for at least 4-6 hours each day and this is the best offer I've received. But I do appreciate any rewards program they offer as it is just an added benefit to me. No complaints here...

your a $25 dollar a hand player for 4-6 hours and you only were offered $100

I play blackjack often and could not afford play $25 per hand for so long unless I had a few thousand each session to start with

you may want to call ,they should offer something better with all your play

My DH is getting $200 and he didn't bet that much per hand~! I'd call or email Mike Martinez at mmartinez7@carnival.com He's a casino VIP coordinator.

I sit down with a grand each session. My goal is to double and get up. I've done very well on each of my three Carnival cruises.

Lol, and that is the minimum I play! I wasn't as concerned about the cash but the discounted cruise rate is a very nice incentive.

I got 25% off for my March cruise but since it's 25% off the highest farecode, it only saved us $40 pp......no much compared to what they used to offer
