My dh is listed as red but our papers have me as first time cruiser. TA.said system wouldn't take my name or previous travel number. I leave in 3 days. How do I fix this? I know it is just a free drink but I want my past cruise credits.

Did you log on to your site and request to add a previous sailing? Ours were just wiped out and we had to request them to be put back. This was done in a matter of minutes. Otherwise, if it is not fixed by the time you board, go to guest services and explain.
