How much is transfer on Celebrity/RCCL Harwich to Heathrow?

I am planning next June's trip which disembarks in Harwich. My intended flight in Heathrow leaves at 1:30pm. Taking public transit is too tight timewise.

I assume the ship offers transfer from port to LHR, but would like to compare cost vs. looking for private company transfer ( which will likely be well over $200)

I looked Into a RCCL transfer from Harwich to Heathrow (or Heathrow to Harwich) and they quoted $105 pp each way. Through cc I have found another couple to share a private transportation for less then $100 per couple and on the way back another couple will be joining us, so even less.

Would you please post the name of the private car service that you are using. We will also be taking a British Isles cruise next year and from what I have read, taking two trains and a taxi, with all of our luggage will not be very easy. I was looking on Trip Advisor to try to get a name of a car company but using the search, I could not find one.
