Please tell me about the Rainforest spa.

Does it have sparate areas for men and women?

Is there a time limit on the amount of time you can spend in it?

Is the steem room hot or just warm?

Did you enjoy it - Is it worth the money?

We really enjoy the Rainforest Room. It is different on the Magic/Wonder from the Dream/Fantasy.

 

It is co-ed (you wear your bathing suit and put a robe overtop) and you can stay as long as you wish. They have cool water with cucumber or citrus available for guests.

 

Magic/Wonder: 3 steam rooms of varying intensity, 3 fancy showers with aromatherapy and different spray heads, heater tile loungers.

 

Dream/Fantasy: heavy steam room, turkish bath steam room and a sauna with a window overlooking the ocean; multiple fancy showers (some are FREEZING); 2 hot tubs on a veranda overlooking the water; heated loungers. Much larger than on the classic ships; but also much more crowded (at least on the Dream).

 

It's a great place to go and relax. Mornings or during main dining was a great time to go.

Any Idea on the weekly cost for a pass? Other cruises we have been on have offered an "embarkment day" discount for the weekly pass. Anyone know if Disney has the same type of offer?

We were on the Fantasy in June and toured the spa area the first couple of hours after getting on. We signed up right away for the Rainforest and it was $148.00 per couple for the week and worth every dollar. I do not believe that was a special, just the reg. price.
