"Haven" restaurant & kids free play question

Are the Haven restaurants included in the cruise fee or do they charge a seperate fee to dine there? Also, the kids free play in the children's dept. - is that offered any time on the ship or only specific times? Thanks:)

You did not mention which ship you were sailing on.

 

But, if you are in a FULL SUITE (not mini), you will have access to Cagneys or Epic club at no extra charge. Kids club does have a charge.

The only "Haven" restaurant is on the Epic. This is the Epic Club restaurant, which is a private restaurant only for guests staying in the suites (Penthouses and higher). There is no charge for suites guests to eat in the Epic Club.

 

All the other ships, and the Epic, have other specialty restaurants (Teppanyaki, Cagney's, Moderno, Bistro, etc) which are open to all guests, but there is a per-person fee for dining in them, and it is suggested that you make reservations in those restaurants.
