Just wondering how much is the limit that you are allowed to take out against your sail and sign card in the CASINO a day. And is it per room or per card. Thanks, SAiling soon and want to make sure I have it all under control.

I have a different question about the S&S card. I filled out my S&S form already, leaving in a few days, but now mom says she is paying for "everything" on our S&S accounts. How do I cange the S&S to her credit card insead of mine? Do we just go to the pursers desk right away or should I line out the info I have put on my form and put hers in?

Be careful with changing your form of payment for Sign & Sail card. I switched

mine to my credit card half way through the cruise. I had instructed them to put a certain amount on the credit card and the remainder on my "debit card", the day I got home I found out they did not do as I had instructed. They put

only 311.00 on my credit card (which was brand new with a 5,000.00 limit)

I was very upset. I don't know where they came up with that amount but the remainder was put on my debit card. I had to immediately transfer funds from savings as my debit card did not even have that much in the account! I called Carnival and basically they said "oh well, nothing we can do about it now"......

so beware! I even had a copy of my request to no avail..........

If you change it before y ou get to the terminal, there shouldn't be a problem. Just erase or white out your information and put your mom's information. If you made copies you can use a clean copy. They also have them at the terminal, so you can fill a new out when you arrive. As the other poster said, don't wait until the cruise has begun, problems occur when you change midway through the trip.

I'm afraid they won't accept a document with white-out. I guess the worst they would do is make us fill out a new one, right?

I thought it was $1000 a day and if you are a high roller you can get a line of credit.

It is MOST DEFINITELY $1000 per day on your S&S card (or combination of S&S cards covered by 1 Credit Card). I found this out the "fun way" - and confirmend it again on another cruise!

There is NO WAY I would want a CASINO "line of credit" - just more rope to hang yourself with! LOL ;)
