What to do in Grand Cayman?

DH and I are debating on doing an excursion while we are in port but don't know what to do. I am not a big fan of snorkeling but can/will do it and definitely not a fan of the snuba. If I hyperventilate just snorkeling, I think I would freak with an enclosed helmet on my head. Are there any good beaches that have good snorkeling for DH?
