kcbmarek Posted July 23, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 23, 2012 We are looking to purchase train tickets ahead of time for our trip from Citiv. to Rome for our 4 night stay. I cannot recall where we read it, but there is a ticket you can purchase that allows all day access to the transportation options in Rome after arrival. Does anyone have info on this as this is what we would really like to purchase. TIA!

euro cruiser Posted July 23, 2012 #3 Share Posted July 23, 2012 The all day ticket in Rome is called the BIG. It is good until midnight of the day it is first used and costs € 6,00. Depending on how long you are staying, and how much you think you'll use mass transit in Rome, there is also the BTI three day ticket, which costs € 16,50. Note that none of the Rome transit tickets cover transport to the airport.
