I did yesterday and filled it out. From what I rememeber they started out with the usual: gender, age education, crown and anchor member status, past cruises and on what line. Then they got mores specific with opinions of possible destinations and why you would or would not visit that destination. It took about ten minutes.

Its' about ports mostly.
