Best prepaid credit card for Europe ATM?

Traveling on serenade in oct through Mediterranean. Was thinking of getting a prepaid visa or Amex to use at ATMs and for purchases without worry of cloning of my credit card.

 

Any suggestions for bet bank or company to use to buy a prepaid credit card?

I use a FairFx card.

TravelEx has a good program if exchanging $4000 (i believe this was the minimum). Very competitive rate for this volume when compared to their normal poor rate and fees. Plus they provide a refund of unused funds left on the Visa at purchasing rate.
