Is there any snorkling off the beach at Emerald? Looks like a relaxing day there

No - off the beach snorkeling can be found at the Marriott, Secret Harbor, Sapphire or Coki. Coki has minimal fish variety, as visitors feed the the fish, so only the larger fish survive. Sapphire has amazing reefs, but could be rough depending on the day. Marriott and Secret Harbor are more calm, but snorkeling can be found to the extreme sides of the cove around the rocks.

And Coki is generally very calm with many fish and is probably the most gorgeous STT bay.

We saw lots snorkeling off the beach with our own equipment in Sapphire. It was calm - there were turtles, sting rays and lots of other stuff to see.
