Prince Rupert, BC - 1 hour?

We are on Mercury the end of August. The itinerary shows Wed Aug 31 docked in Prince Rupert from 9pm to 10pm.

Has anyone done this itinerary? Do you know why they stop there? Does anyone get off the ship?
