Shuttle to town?

We have never sailed on Celebrity & will be in a N. Europe cruise in June. Does celebrity have shuttles from the pier into town other than the planned tours? When I called they said no but I thought I had read references to shuttles. Thanks

Which towns are you referring to? In some places, the ship docks basically in town. In others there are shuttles.

Thanks, these are the cities: St. Petersburg (we're booked on tours for 2 days), Oslo, Tallin, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki & Rostock.
