Anyone back from the eastern carribean

Anyone back from the eastern carribean that can tell me how the seas have been? We are starting out in Ft Lauderdale and going down to St Thomas, Antigua, Tortola, and Nassau.

Did that route out of POM in July and seas were generally calm. Only one night was the ocean motion really noticeable, didn't bother me a bit.

We have our sea bands and some motion ease drops packed..just didn't know if I should bring a lot of bonine or dramamine in preparation for 'really" rough seas.:rolleyes:
