How much to spend to get a comped cruise?

If I have a bankroll of $3k-3.5k, and I mainly play slots, would that be enough you think for them to comp my next cruise for free? I am cruising with NCL.

I probably spend $1200-$1500 and get comped an inside on NCL

Cruise comps really seem to vary on NCL. I'd say you're in a good zone to get a comp offer after you play that money, but you need to remember that the offers vary by ship, itinerary, and how sold out the ship you want may already be.

For instance, it's much easier to get a comp on one of the smaller ships doing the Western Caribbean, than it is on the Epic for the Eastern Caribbean. Comps for the really popular cruises, like Alaska, are much harder to come by.

CAS comps are like "free" airline seats: There are usually only so many on each ship, and the "cost" of the comp rises and falls just as airline seats do...or for that matter, the rest of the cabins on the ship.

Also remember that your comp is only for the cost of the cabin. You still pay all taxes, fees, port charges, and so on.
