Chill Beachside Bar/Lounge in Nassau?

I'll be visiting Nassau again in a couple of weeks, and AGAIN in December (yeah, poor me, I know). But I've "done" Nassau enough and am tempted to just stay on board. However, if I could find a nice beachside bar to while away a couple of hours with a cool drink, I might check it out.

I'm definitely looking for an open-air place with a nice beach view (but with shade). Atmospheric music is nice but nothing too raucous -- I'd prefer to avoid the Senor Frog's scene and a bunch of drunks. I'm looking primarily for relaxation.

 

There's a little bar in Dubrovnik, Croatia that I just adore (I've been there twice) -- nothing fancy, it's built into a terrace just outside the city wall. You can get some cool drinks and packaged snacks, listen to chill music, look out over the Aegean, watch people dive off the rocks -- just a wonderful place to lose yourself for a couple of hours. THAT's the kind of place I'm looking for.

 

Any suggestions?
