Dolphin Swim and parasailing in Ochos Rios

Can anyone tell me anything about parasialing and the dolphin swim in Ochos Rios? I'll be on RCI's Voyager in August. For the parasailing I need to know if tandem is an option and exactly where it is located. Is it walking distance from the port?
