Room Service

I was wondering if you can order something from room service that is NOT on the room service menu?

 

If you have done this - what did you get?

 

We are going on NCL Spirit in less than 2 weeks :D and would love to know all my options ahead of time.

The Room Service menu said you could get items being served in the dining room during the times the dining room was open. We tried this once at lunch and it worked out fine.
