I can't help myself cause I haven't cruised with Carnival in too many years to know what the current policy is.

I remember the last self debarkation I lived through before VIP, I asked the guy at the head of the self debarkation line what time he got there, and he told me 6 AM.

 

Our ship cleared on time, and we got off by 9:30 (swearing to never do that again)

 

Next cruise we did VIP debarkation, and were in our car by 7:30.
