Vegetarian choices on NCL Dawn

I am wondering about the vegetarian choices in the dining rooms and the specialty restaraunts. I know about the Indian section of the buffet but was wondering about the other choices. Vegan is better but I am lacto-ovo so that is ok, too. Thanks.

We just got back from the NCL Sea. The vegetarian choices were fantastic! There is a vegetarian entree on the menu each day and it was always very tasty. Eggplant (which is not my DH's favorite) was only on the menu one time. We've been on cruises where eggplant was the choice every day. If the Dawn uses similar recipes as the Sea, I think you'll be very happy.
