Shogun Posted August 16, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 16, 2012 Hi All UK customer services What I am talking about is not some one saying yes to your requests or having the answers to all questions, I am talking about is,, the phone being answered within a few rings, The person informing me the correct person to speak is on the phone, so instead of putting me on hold or telling me to call back, starts chatting to me asking if I have a cruise booked, chatting about different ships, then putting me through to the person I need to speak to, Then that person noting the content of my call, confirming facts, dates names etc, then telling me what they need to do to, who they need to speak to and a time scale for a reply, Then a reply on time, does not matter if it’s the answer I want, it was well explained, very polite and put over in a friendly manner, Yours Shogun Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
