NCL Spirit-which restaurants are free?

Going to Alaska on a Spirit and would like to find out which restaurants don't have extra cover charge and which ones do. If you paid, did you feel it was worth it? Which ones are kids/teens friendly?

all of the speciality restaurants were VERY memorable and well worth the few extra dollars. le bistro has always been a favorite of ours, but maxims and the shogun restuant were excellent as well!
