Chefs Table -without wine

Is this an option? Anyone done it? I know they offer sodas for kids who attend and I'm assuming that means a reduced fee for kids... But what about adults who would like to partake of the food but not the wine??

There was a couple in our group who asked for water instead of wine at the Chef Table on the Dream. There was no reduction in the cost that I know of and I wouldn't expect them to reduce the cost. It's not a la carte.

It is $75 per person regardless of age or choice of beverage.

When we did Chef's Table on Splendor last year someone had gingerale. Bottled water is already standard at the table with the wine so you don't have to ask for it, it is already there.

no the price is set if you don't drink the wine still the same. it is a set price if you drink the wine or not. better choice for you might be the steakhouse option if available on your ship. enjoy either way.

As others have said it is a set price, doesn't matter what you are drinking. I will say it is a unique experience and having done on 2 different ships they were both worth it. The chef can really make it very unique. Chef Gustav on the Triumph was quite a talked and we learned a whole lot about him and his career decisions along with a lot of information about Carnival from a ship's management perspective. It was very interesting.

I am a non-drinker and have done CT 4+ times-no reduction in price but did not matter-love the evening!! On Princess, they reduce it by $10-15 but it is not half as good as on Carnival-full price, more fun on Carnival.

I also understand that if you are not a wine drinker, but want something else alcoholic, they will bring that for you in place of the wine.
