The Cayman Islands Tourism Association has developed a smartphone application for all your tourism needs. Whether visiting for a day or planning a stay over vacation you'll find information on restaurants, lodging, and activities. You'll find maps too. Check it out.

Thanks for the info Drew. Has anyone used the Cayman Visitor app recently? There have been some enhancements in later versions.

FYI: You can download it free from

for iPhone, iPad, Android Phone, and Android Tablet. It's also available from the iTunes store, and from Google Play. It downloads info and a map, etc. so that it is possible to use it offline when you're on the island without having to be connected to the internet or mobile data.

If you've used the app, it would be interesting to know whether you found it helpful, what you used it for, any tips on using it (especially for cruisers), and any other comments.
