One of the choices you can make is: Soft drinks and water.

 

Does that mean you don't get soft drinks and water in your cabin if this is not selected?

There are no dumb questions. In our experience, the fridge came loaded with soft drinks and water. If you want a particular brand, or want mixers, either tell guest services in advance, or ask your steward(ess.)

I assume Seabourne offers like an "all-inclusive" type cruise?

As writer100 says, there are always soft drinks and water in the suite. I think this gives you the option to be specific; e.g. Perrier or Evian; Coke (there is always Coke) or Dr Peppers and so on.

... and presumably some passengers may choose to have soft drinks only and so would have a wider selection of these.
