Clock tower not an issue but the upstairs at the Basilica will be. Its a very very steep staircase. Also Doges Palace secret itinerary tour has some smaller stairwells but may be manageable. The normal Doges tour is easy to manage

Question about the basilica: there's an upstairs? I read it takes 10 minutes to go through?

just an update for anyone also interested in seeing the clock tower- the info I received here on CC was WRONG- the clock tower DOES NOT have an elevator- the bell tower does. I hope to save people the money I wasted based on bad CC advice.
