Art on Royal (aka Art Actually) - out of business?

RCCL should have fessed up to this problem and refunded all of the money immediately. Poor business practice. We all should send letters to the Board of Directors about this problem.

 

I think the thing you're missing here is that RCCL doesn't actually have your money to refund. The art vendor has it. So the "refunds" that you're seeing are actually just RCCL paying out of pocket to you.

Thank you for posting details of the claim form on here. I sent off my claim form on 24th May 2014 and yesterday, 29th August, I eventually got my refund.

 

It was a long wait - almost a year since I actually bought the artwork, but a good outcome in the end. Thanks to the people who posted helpful information on here and to Amanda who processed my refund and sent a very nice email.
