Sea Trek Helmet Dive

Has anyone done the Sea Trek helmet dive in St Lucia? It's the same company as St Martin. I know the time underwater is short - just wondering if anyone has great, or less than great comments about their experiences?

We did this excursion in Grand Cayman. It was a lot of fun. They had divers that made sure everyone was doing ok. They would take you back to the top if you were not comfortable. Make sure you can clear your ears. Not sure I would want to do this with a cold. We had a child in our group and he had a blast.
