Sun Cabin Questions

Does anyone know which of the IF, IE, or ID cabins are the 172 sq ft ones?

We are looking at 8111 right now. Does anyone have any experience with that?

I like to save money for shore excursions and stuff, but I would rather not have to crawl over the bottom of the bed, so I am considering spending the extra money for the IA cabins on deck 8 that are sideways that everyone recommends.

Ann, back in 2006 we stayed in a sideways cabin (0123), now called an I1. On the NCL site, it looks like those are called "Family Balcony" cabins and are forward and aft on Decks 8, 9 and 10. They are 172 square feet.

Did you like it? We decided to spend the money on a IA somewhere 8130. It looks like it might be similar to the one you had. I don't know which one yet since I haven't heard back from my TA yet.

Did you ever get your HSN coupon and get to use it?

Not sure what the difference is between an I1 and an IA except, maybe (just guessing), location. Have you checked cruisedeckplans.com yet? At one point I had photos of the cabin, but the computer they were on crashed, and we lost them. What cruise are you booking?

Yes, on the HSN coupon, and I think it's been applied to the upcoming cruise.
