Single Digits - Woohoo

My group of 11 for the 8 day Eastern on the Valor is in single digits today! 7 work days left. We are beyond excited. My husband recently had a heart attack and has resultant congestive heart failure and some other cardiac issues. Any suggestions on cool (temperature) places to hang out in St. Thomas, Antigua and Tortola would be very much appreciated. We are very interested in Sapphire Beach in St. Thomas and Valley Church Beach in Antigua. Trying to research temperatures, shaded areas now. Would appreciate any and all assistance and information. We are also headed to VC beach on the bus.

 

Tortola there are 2 groups - one going to the baths and the other doing Jost Van Dyke. Let me know if you need more info.

Yes, I've been lurking on the facebook page the last couple of days. First chance I've had to really start searching the boards since i knew that we wouldn't have to cancel. Look forward to seeing you at VCB. The excursions to the Baths and JVD in Tortola would be too much for my husband but I will mention to the others in our group.
