Valor or Liberty

Hello all,

Was looking at a few deals today and saw a decent price 10$ difference on 2 ships with almost the same itinerary.

 

Can anyone compare or have been on these 2 Carnival ships ?

Did cruise on the Liberty and very much enjoyed, probably best cruise we have done. We leave for the Valor in a couple of weeks. Both ships have same layout so the only things you are comparing would be the staff and decor in my opinion. Some do not like the layout, but once you are use to it I think it is no problem. And I have never had a bad crew yet, but like all vacations it is what you make of it. Being on a cruise beats working any day hands down, so I would say pick the cruise with the better ports and go with it. Have a great time.

Been on both ships this past year. The Liberty has all the 2.0 upgrades and currently the Valor does not. We really enjoyed the Guy's burgers and the burrito bar.

 

If smokers are in your party though smokeing is much more restricted on the Liberty so also something to be considered when chosing.

 

For the same itinerary and same price we would choose Liberty.
