Port of Miami - Porters and Parking

Does anyone know whether parking space at Miami has to be reserved in advance or can you just turn up and park? Also, given my past experience with porters at this port, any advice on how to handle a porter who demands tips with menaces! For the record, I always tip, I just don't like to be asked.

Just show up and park. Never had a problem with the porters there, we've just had the tip ready and handed it to them when they unloaded the luggage.
