How do I add others to cabana?

Just tried to add two more to our cabana(total of 4) and it added $250 pp. I know I read on here that we might have to add them once we're on the ship but i can't find the post now. Can someone please tell me who we need to see when we get on the ship. I don't remember it being the shore excursions desk.

You just rent the cabana in one person's name. When you arrive on Labadee, your are taken to the cabana area by a driver. When you sign in for the cabana, they ask you how many people will be in the cabana and they give you the appropriate number of yellow bands to put on each person's wrist. We were just there last Thursday and that it how it worked for us.
