Hello,

Is there anyone who happens to know the name of the Future Cruise consultant, of the Regal Princess in the period february 2005?

She is the one who promissed us the onboard credit for a future cruise. But Princess headquarter doesn't know anything about it.:D

Trintje, is this in regards to making a future booking while on board? If you made a booking with the FCC on the Regal, you will receive a credit to your shipboard account, the amount of which varies with the type of cabin and length of cruise you select.

I doubt her name would help you any as after 10's of thousands of passengers since then there is no way she would be able to recall anything about your visit.

But Rob is correct. If you made a future booking, check your account on the Princess site, it should show up there. Once you book another cruise, then the credit will show, or should show up on your invoice.
