Yes the balcony cabins and above have a coffee maker. It is basic in the balcony cabin and really nice in the suites. You can always go to the buffet or order room service or go to the coffee bar.

 

Re: your question about getting your hair done on the ship. I'd imagine it is fairly pricey and with the ship in port each day I doubt they get much business. I never even went by to see the spa or salon when I was on the POA.

 

Why not get your hair done in Waikiki or Honolulu before you get on the ship?

From my understanding, Balcony rooms and above have coffee makers. I've heard if you have a room below that, you can request one. In addition, you can get a pot delivered by room service.
