You can use bills, no coins (except in the quarter push machine) or you can download credits to your Players bank that are charged to your S&S account (without a fee).

 

The machines will not payout credits in cash however, you have to upload them to your players bank.

Put in your SS card and set it up according to instructions or have an attendant help you. Put in your first bet in cash or take it from your OBC. When you cash out, it will go on your card in a separate account you can use.

 

On the last night of your cruise, take your card to the cages and they will give you your remaining winnings, or you will lose it!

Actually there are stories on here of people receiving checks for .32 cents or something like that from Carnival about 2-3 months after sailing and it was money left on their SS card from the casino. I doubt someone with a large sum on the card would "forget".
