How do I post photos in a thread?

Can anyone tell me how to post a photo link in a thread? I use Shutterfly, but I notice that a lot of people use Webshots.

To post a photo link in a post, cut and paste the URL from your browser into your post. For example, the following is the URL for this message board:

To post a photo into a post, click the little icon with mountains on it in the post window and then cut and paste the URL of the photo loaction on the web into the Explorer User Prompt window. Following is example of a photo I took of Navigator of the Seas on our cruise on Janury 17-24, 2004.

inserted in the Explorer User Prompt window results the following:
