rubens Posted September 24, 2012 #1 Share Posted September 24, 2012 X website works very fast for me today. This is a great improvement compared with last week. I think they have done a good job this weekend. Or is it only my experience ?

Rare cruisestitch Posted September 24, 2012 #4 Share Posted September 24, 2012 Yes, but honestly I would rather have a good website than a fast one. Still can't see any departure alphabetically past Honolulu on the Home Page! That's been broken for months now, hasn't it? Since the last re-design of the Home Page. Look what comes up when you search the FAQ for the terms FORMAL NIGHTS since their search engine apparently can't do two-word phrases. Some are relevant, some not. "How many formal and smart casual and above nights are there on my sailing? What do I need to do on the last night of the cruise? Do Cruisetour nights count towards sailing nights? What are the onboard dress codes? Do I have to eat at the same time every night? Can I have the same waiter and assistant waiter every night? Are there special dress codes for these sailings?" Try a search for THALASSOTHERAPY, you get no hits Put in BEVERAGE PACKAGE and you get answers relating to Hotel Packages, and Internet access. Not very helpful. Like I said, I would take a good website over a fast one, but I suppose that at least we can see that they ARE working on it.....
willow148 Posted September 24, 2012 #5 Share Posted September 24, 2012 Yes, but honestly I would rather have a good website than a fast one. I used to design websites, and had some really demanding customers who wanted everything for nothing - eventually I told them: "You can have it good, quick or cheap - pick two". Mostly they picked cheap and quick. Maybe that's what Celebrity are doing.
