Time for flight?

DCL recommends that you not book a flight any earlier than 12 noon. Yes, you probably will get to the airport well before that, but you must consider possible delays getting through Customs, traffic problems, breakdowns, crowds at the airport, delays at the security checkpoint, flight delays.... well, I'm sure you get the picture.

Others will probably tell you they've had no problem with getting flights around 10am, but it boils down to the old "Dirty Harry" line - - "Are you feeling lucky?"

Fully agree with PP, DCL says do not book before 12 noon, we have got of DCL ships at Port Canaveral at 7.35am but also 8.20am, recently the Carnival Dream which comes into PC at the same time as the Fantasy came in at 11 re a medicial emmergency, plenty of people thier who booked early flights missed them.

You do not want to panic last morning, and you have to get to MCO say 45 mins to 60 mins and then go through security to your gate and most airlines want you there 2 hours before your flight.
